I used to go to the level of understanding of the concern student, try to explore the real potential and weakness of the student,wish to know students intrest ( why / how / importance of learning / and upto what level student wish to learn the subject ), and oberving the students'pshychology , perceiving tendency..overally...I start teaching rnI do believe teaching itself is an art , but it is useless, if it not properly and perfectly received by the student , which enhance the conceptual understanding of the student and spark the mind of the student to think and work further. rnWhat ever we learn ...it is not to get an academic achievement, rather it is for the whole life. I follow this concept seriously rnI wish to inspire and bring the student( irrespective his / her potential ) up to that level , from where the the student can move ahead with his / her own leg forever forwadly I wish to develop the self confidence of the student on the concern subject rnEven though there were failureness repetedly,I used to keep on repeted attempt with patience,tolerance and faith, without irretation or giving up and as a consequeces the students achieve excellence at the end rnI give 2 times lesson / techings freely as a demonstration.Everyone are welcomed to attend without any conformation.
