I am a very patient female teacher with long term experience in education and very good teaching skills in all three languages.

Wegen der Corona-Lage kann ich nur Online-Unterricht gestalten (per Zoom). Seit Anfang der Pandemie habe ich schon viele Erfahrung mit Online-Unterricht gemacht, für die Schule sowie auch für meine Nachhilfeunterricht.

Ich bin sehr organisiert und arbeite eher strukturiert, ich habe immer einen Unterrichtsentwurf dabei. Jedoch fokussiere ich mich sehr nach den Bedürfnissen des/der Schülerin/Studentin. Am liebsten würden Sie mir sagen, was für ein Thema oder Schwerpunkt Sie haben wollen, sodass ich was Schönes und Gezieltes planen kann.

Ich kenne mich mit dem Lehrplan der Sekundarstufe und Oberstufe gut aus, insbesondere mit der 5ten Klasse und allen Oberstufeklassen.

Natürlich als Muttersprachlerin, die fließend Deutsch kann, bin ich sozusagen ein 'seltener Fund', und ich verspreche, dass ihr kein schöneres Englisch lernt als bei mir!

Wenn ihr als Ausländerin schon irgendwie Englisch könnt aber noch wenig Deutsch, dann bin ich auch eine gute Wahl, um die deutsche Sprachkenntnisse zu verbessern. Ich kenne wie es ist, als Ausländerin Deutsch zu lernen - richtig schwierig!

Wie gesagt habe ich auch Geschi-Abschluss, so je nachdem könnte ich auch Geschi (auf Deutsch oder Englisch) unterrichten. Darunter sind meine Fachgebiete Zivilrechte in Amerika, Drittes Reich, Mittelalter in Europa, Russische Geschichte und Britische Geschichte (besonders Politik).

The subjects i have listed are very easy for me to teach because of my engineering background. My approach to tutoring is relaxed but the lessons are structured and purposeful. I work according to the student's aims, needs and learning preferences. I am an experienced tutor and teacher and I have a good knowledge of examination requirements.

Personal Description: I am an experienced tutor in Mathematics, Physics and Engineering. I graduated from the University of Warwick (a top ten UK University) with a BSc in Physics, have completed top of my batch in my Masters at Sheffield University studying for an MSc (Eng) in Nuclear Engineering and am currently a PhD research student at Sheffield University (in the Materials department which ranks 2nd in the whole country).

Time taken at the end of a lesson for discussion of topics for study and curriculum in preparation for the next lesson are not charged for. I am very liberal with the duration of the lessons

Tutoring Approach: I aim to provide a well structured programme of additional study which benefits the student in that it not only supports that which is taught in class but also provides a more assessment focused style of problem solving.
I am willing to discuss the needs of the student to a great extent without financial commitment. Often these informal discussions with both student and parent will continue throughout the programme of tuition to ensure that the material is relevant and bespoke to the student's needs.
